I bring a unique blend of design, research, and strategy to help teams solve the right problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. With recent experience in both UX design and research leadership at Waitrose & Partners, I’ve worked across large organisations and smaller agencies, from shaping roadmaps with senior stakeholders to rolling up my sleeves and designing in Figma.
Grounded in design thinking and driven by lived experience, I help teams align around a unifying goal, creating inclusive experiences that work for real people while also delivering measurable business value.
As a neurodivergent person, empathy is a central part of my practice. I’m a committed advocate for accessibility and inclusion, with equity embedded in every stage of my design process.
